Having spent the last 15 years committed to the human services field in a variety of capacities, I was delighted to see the expansion of Rhino’s dedication to employees by creating a position that is fundamentally human first. In getting to know the company and each individual throughout, it has only enhanced my excitement to have a part in the evolution of the people first approach that is so clearly at the heart of Rhino.
Previous to Rhino, I provided individualized case management support which allowed me to be at the forefront of Vermont’s ever changing climate of resource availability and systems of care. I look forward to translating this experience into my role at Rhino as I support employees to learn about and access community supports available to them.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, reading a good book or exploring Vermont nature.
